Job Description | Reporting to the Service manager the Quality Controller is required to review the quality of all completed work on vehicles. Ensure the correct completion of required documentation. Road testing vehicles, promoting the quality of work delivered by the Service Technicians. |

Specific Role Responsibilities | Inspect and verify the repair instructions on the Job Card confirm the repair report on the back of the job card and test drive where necessary Must be able to adhere to Quality gate 2 processes. Ensure Job cards are correctly completed, the repair instructions and repair reports must comply with OEM standards Report deviations from correct standards, staff not working to correct standards must be addressed with management Randomly check five car daily on the following standard items: Fluid levels, Oil levels, torque wheels, tyre pressures, spare wheel and lights Do Ghost audits by Installing 2 faults once a week in ghost cars Conduct the best practice auditing techniques and improve recording and evaluation systems to the highest trends |
Qualifications and Experience | Grade 12 with mathematics. Artisan Qualifications Drivers License Diagnostic technician certification |
Skills and Personal Attributes | Attention to detail. Auditing Conduct the best practice auditing techniques and improve recording and evaluation systems to the highest trends. Technical skills Evaluate quality of work completed and identify if the customers faults have been repaired. Leadership Quality control is a team effort and the ability to the standard within the service team whilst objectively addressing noncompliance.
