Job Description Our  well known motor dealer client in Cape Town is currently seeking a Manager: Service to join their team. As a service manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of service technicians, Advisors ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service operations.

Specific Role Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of service technicians
  • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Plan and coordinate service operations
  • Analyze and improve service processes and procedures

  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain equipment
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of Grade 12 coupled with a National Certificate/Diploma at NQF Level 4
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive service management is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or related field will be an advantage
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clear Criminal Record
