Our automotive dealership client’s Head Office is seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads that drive sales growth. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and strong communication abilities.
As a Lead Generation Manager, you will:
β’π Develop Strategies: Create and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers.
β’π Manage Campaigns: Oversee and optimize campaigns across email, social media, and online advertising channels.
β’π Analyze Metrics: Assess lead generation performance to identify areas for improvement.
β’π€ Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and maximize conversion rates.
β’π§ Conduct Research: Perform market research to uncover new opportunities and target audiences.
β’π Utilize Tools: Use CRM tools to track and manage leads effectively.
β’π Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
What Weβre Looking For π
β’π Education: Bachelorβs degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
β’π Experience: 3+ years in lead generation or digital marketing.
β’π Analytical Skills: Strong ability to make data-driven decisions.
β’π» Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
β’π£ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
