New and Used Vehicle Sales Executives – Bedfordview

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To proactively sell new and used vehicles to retail and corporate customers, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to monthly sales and profit targets.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

Sales & Customer Experience
• Prospect, qualify, and close vehicle sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct product presentations, test drives, and vehicle handovers to premium standards.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on the full premium range and competitor offerings.
Pipeline & CRM Management
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline via walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and proactive prospecting.
• Update and maintain accurate customer data, quotes, and activity on the CRM system daily.
F&I & After-Sales Handover
• Work with F&I to maximize finance, insurance, and accessory penetration per unit.
• Ensure seamless handover to After-Sales to drive service retention and customer loyalty.
Compliance & Brand Standards
• Adhere to OEM franchise standards, POPIA, and all legislative requirements.
• Always represent the brand professionally.
REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years premium passenger vehicle sales experience preferred.
• Grade 12 and valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
• Computer Literate.
• Fluent English.
• Self-motivated, customer-centric, and team orientated.
