F & I Admin Clerk – Edenvale
Our motor dealer client based in Edenvale is looking to employ an experienced F & I ADMIN CLERK.
P.S. Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
• To ensure the correct processing of vehicle sales and monitoring of stocked vehicles.
LIMITS OF AUTHORITY:
• Capital expenditure: No purchasing authority.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
Pre-Owned Admin
• Stock Book Control.
• Recording stock in stock book and allocating a number to the stock.
• Capturing stock into computer system.
• Raising purchase orders.
• Correct allocation of orders raised and timeous follow up to ensure no orders outstanding for any
unreasonable time.
• Vehicle Invoicing – raising invoices for vehicles sold.
• Ensure all costs are captured onto vehicles before invoicing.
• Ensuring complete deal files are collated to assist in costing and invoicing deals.
• Management of deal files.
• Correct filing of deals once concluded.
• Requesting Timeous settlement of vehicles.
• General Administration.
• Weekly stock counts.
• Vehicle admin experience would be an advantage.
• Ensuring all vehicles have been dealer stocked and records thereof have been filed.
F&I Admin
• F&I Invoicing – raising invoices on request of F&I’s.
• Keeping an Accurate database on regulated products.
• Following up and allocating of F&I Debtors.
• Processing of F&I Creditors invoices.
• Assisting with Debtor recons.
• Assisting with Sundry invoicing.
Health and Safety Officer
• Keeping accurate and up to date records in Health and Safety File.
• Ensuring that Health and Safety protocols and procedures are followed.
Requirements
• Matric – Grade 12.
• 2 yrs + Work experience.
• Previous experience in Pre-owned Vehicle Admin would be an advantage.
