- Full creditors function
- Ensure complete and accurate stock controls
- Maintain vehicle stock books and relevant nominal ledger postings
- Conduct stock takes
- Assist with the debtors function
- Petty cash controls
- Accurate completion of financial reports by a specified monthly date
- Submission of financial reports by a specified monthly date
- Processing journal entries
- Posting to Ledgers
- Report deviations to the Financial Manager
- Assisting Financial Manager
- Gather all relevant financial information
- Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data
- Daily Bank Reconciliations and Receipting
- Scrutiny of documentation for FIC
- Preparation of Cheques and Eft’s
- Prepare cost allocations for payments and deposits
- Manage all payments and allocation of receipts (i.e. cheques, electronic fund transfers etc.)
- Capture transactions on Kerridge operating system.
- Accurately calculate and process VAT, provisional tax
- Calculate depreciation on demo/mobility vehicles
- Maintain the fixed assets register
- Investigate and submitting of insurance claims
- Responsible for 3rd party payments
- Accurate recovery of excesses
- File all financial documents accurately for easy accessibility
- Safekeeping of records and cheques
- General Administration
- Archive all financial documents
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas
