Qualifications and Experience • Grade 12 • N6 trade certificate or Olifantsfontein motor mechanic trade papers or must be qualified on the CBMT level system • The following qualifications will be advantageous: • Health and safety related qualification.

GENERIC JOB OUTPUTS PROCESS AND GOVERNANCE Contribute to the development of the appropriate strategy and set target within area of accountability. Define standard operating procedures (SOP's). Ensure accurate billing in respect of accounts and charges, and identify opportunities for saving initiatives. Ensure all reconciliations are complied and reviewed. Ensure effective and efficient administration of operational costs within budget, identify areas of financial and operational risk and escalate appropriately. Identify opportunities to minimise cost or increase revenue. Manage outstanding debtors, cash sales and work in progress to ensure collections are up to date and all risks are identified and actioned Manage the sales process around vehicle stock books i.e. invoicing and deal files. Manages creditors and ensures all creditors are in line with service level agreements and maximise payment opportunities. Manages the vehicles stock books to ensure accuracy in respect of billing and payment of vehicles and ensure that all documentation is compliant in term of company policy. Prepare VAT returns and ensure all documents are compliant in terms of SARS directives. Secure the necessary resources to maintain service standards, facilitate problem solving and achieve objectives within budget. Plan, manage and monitor processes to ensure customer service excellence. Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships that enable achievement of operational objectives. Our commercial dealership client in Bloemfontein currently holds a vacancy for a Finance Manager. NB. Only candidates with motor dealership experience will be considered. This position will be suited to an experienced person who has the ability to manage the financial department and maintain internal control measures to ensure that the dealership is compliant with sound financial practices and good corporate governance. Supporting the Dealer Principal and Financial Executive in the achievement of financial objectives, identifying areas of risk and improvement, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Job Description To Diagnose faults, repair and conduct set vehicle services vehicles according to prescribed standards of Audi South Africa Deliver high quality technical expertise to satisfy customers and honor Distributor Service delivery values. Adhere to Company’s and bran South Africa policies, procedures, expectations regarding your position as Diagnostic/Master Technician.
Specific Role Responsibilities • To carry out diagnostic work and support mechanics as set out by the Foreman to carry out fault diagnosis to aid and speed vehicle servicing • To take steps to ensure servicing of vehicle, remains within the targeted percentages of the manufacturers' time • To discuss matters with service advisors and customers as required and provide lucid explanations • To ensure standards maintained with vehicle care and safety whilst performing functions • To ensure vehicles are returned to the customer after service in a neat and clean condition • To recommend purchase of capital equipment Admin functions: • To complete forms and documentation included in the company's service routine • To draft and prepare any reports required • Mentor apprentices, sign off logbooks and evaluate their technical ability. • Ensure effective communication with staff, across departments, with customers and service providers Willingness to participate in marketing campaigns when required for the furtherance of the business.
Qualifications and Experience • Grade 12 • N6 trade certificate or Olifantsfontein motor mechanic trade papers or must be qualified on the CBMT level system • The following qualifications will be advantageous: • Health and safety related qualification.

Mental alertness. • Meticulous. • Team player and Interpersonal competence. Customer orientated. • Decision making and action orientated. • Need excellent - Fix right first time track record. • Knowledge of German OEM SA operating computer programs ODIS, Elsapro. • Be able to use Manufacturer diagnostic equipment / computer (Vas Machines) 2 - 3 Year technician experience • German vehicle product training. • Have sound English communication and writing skills to accurately record findings and work on job cards. • Need computer skills.
