Qualifications and Experience
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- A minimum of 5 years vehicle sales experience within the motor vehicle industry. Relevant experience in new car sales is essential.
- Track record of accurate vehicle valuations, setting and adjusting pricing is essential.
- Prior experience in a sales management role; managing, leading, administering and motivating a sales team to achieve objectives, to guide and implement
effective sales processes and systems, and to ensure achievement of business sales objectives is preferred. - A previous successful track record in sales is required.
- Solid track record of sourcing and buying stock, and evaluating vehicles, is required.
